The Former Director of the Resource Management and Installation at the
Ministry of Defense, Shkelzen Madani, pleaded innocent in the final
conclusions that were presented to court.
His lawyer declared that the power abuse charge is unfounded.
Madani is trailed also for being a member of the commission that evaluated the ammunition that was to be dismantled, with the Prosecution saying that the evaluation has given a very low price, in order to favor the “Alba-Demil” company.
Madani’s lawyer referred to previous procedures for proving that there has been no protocol violation or power abuse.
Shkelzen Madani concluded by asking the Court to grant innocence to his client, while the Prosecution required for him to be found guilty on power abuse and to be sentenced with eight years to prison.
