The Court of Serious Crimes notified the General Chief of Police, Hysni
Burgaj, for the fact the local police departments have not been able to
bring to court the four witnesses of the Cerriku Massacre.
This decision came after the prosecutors ordered the police for the third time to bring by force the witnesses Xhemal Bardhoshi, Luan Gjonprenga and Mishelina Xhelo with her husband.
Since the addresses of the witnesses have not been found yet, the prosecutors notified the court that the police had not executed their order. Judge Klodian Kurushi decided to notify the head of State Police about this case, leaving the Police a week for finding the addresses and bringing the witnesses.
The Court also left time to the prosecutors for depositing a death certificate for one of the witnesses. Witnesses for the Cerrik Massacre are Llazar Bicja, Met Bozi, Roland Xhepaxhiu, Arjan Toska, Alban Toska, Skender Cani, Tomorr Buzani, Bujar Buzani and Entel Gashi.
