ACR representatives appealed mineworkers to quit their strike and start
working, by expressing their readiness for talks with the protesters.
ACR emphasized that they agreed to increase wages at 20%, as initially demanded by the mineworkers, and for improving working conditions. But the miners increased their request to 40%.
Meanwhile, the miners are continuing their 14th day of hunger strike in the underground galleries, and their health condition is deteriorating.
