9 arrested for power abuse and voluntary manslaughter after earthquake devastation

Nine persons were arrested and are facing trial for the buildings that were destroyed by the earthquake.
They are charged with “murder”, “Voluntary manslaughter” and “falsification of documents”.
Some leaders of local institutions were arrested for the deaths of the “Mira Mare” and “Tropikal” hotels/
1-Ahmet Doda, 52, director of the Interior Ministry Holiday Home (Konvalishenca), on power abuse charges
2-Kujtim Hasa, 53, Director of Services at the Interior Ministry Holiday Home (Konvalishenca), on Voluntary manslaughter charges
3-Arben Isaku, 42, former ALUIZNI Director, power abuse charges
4-Klajdi Lame, 32, Inspector of Urban Construction, power abuse charges
5-Albrend Qetka, 35, ALUIZNI Inspector, power abuse charges
6-Rruzhdi Xheka, 79, informal builder of “Mira mare Hotel”, manslaughter charges
7-Avdulla Osmani, 61, informal builder of “Tropikal Hotel”, manslaughter charges
8-Defrim Celami, 44, technical expert of a crumbled building, power abuse charges
9- Nevjana Isufi, 45, drafted fictive projects with her private studio, “power abuse” and “falsification of documents”
