51-year-old arrested acting as anti-terror officer

A 51-year-old in Elbasan was acting as a member of the Anti-Terror police.

Hysen Balliu, from Funara, Librazhd, was arrested by the police and he was found with two cards from the Anti-Terror office and a distinctive.
