The government has decided to give another fund for the Government
Service Directory, this time with 51.6 million ALL, for the construction
of another government buidling.
This time it is the Vila no.4 in Tirana, which will serve as a residence for the Albanian President, Bujar Nishani.
The government will use this fund from the reserve fund, which is mostly used for emergencies. The government’s official annunciation says that the fund of 51.638.144 ALL will be used for the complete reconstruction of the Vila no.4 in Tirana.
This fund will be given by the reserve fund of the Council of Ministers. Vila four has not been used by Nishani’s predecessor.
The former Albanian President, Bamir Topi, has chosen to stay at his house after he was elected President of Albania in 2007.
