4000 quotas in final university lists

The Albanian students are able to apply for 4000 empty quotas after the final registration for the public universities.

The Ministry of Education declared that this list has 22.000 students who will start the academic year on October eighth.

According to the Ministry, the chosen preferences will be unchanged.
