The Saranda border police, in cooperation with the Vlore Delta Forces,
have caught 35 clandestine migrants in northern Lukova, Saranda.
The operation started after the Police stopped a vehicle in Bunec with three people inside, two Albanian citizens and a foreign one, maybe Syrian.
The driver of a van didn’t obey to the police, but maneuvered in a secondary road and abandoned the vehicle while it was still running. Fortunately, the vehicle stopped before falling from dozens of meters.
Police found 34 foreign citizens inside the van, mainly Syrian and Palestinian, including two women and two children.
