Albanian doctors are increasingly targeting European countries for their employment, of which Germany seems to be in the lead.
The departure of doctors began with the visa liberalization, and they now have a federation of Albanian doctors in Europe. This latter has done a study of the reasons for our doctors leaving, stating that apart from salaries, another reason is the difficult work conditions in which our doctors work due to lack of medical infrastructure.
Due to the significant shortage of doctors, it seems that in addition to the bonus, a package of support is already being prepared by the Albanian authorities.
The salary of a doctor in Germany ranges from 4,500 euros to 10,000 euros, depending on the specialization.
