A police action enabled the seizing of 300 kg of marijuana during
Wednesday, but the transporters of the narcotic substance were able to
escape.
The drug was being transported from Lazarat to the Albanian capital in a car that the Police ambushed after receiving information.
The driver did not obey to the police appeals and escaped through the dark after throwing the drug packages from his car.
Police found marijuana stashed in 150 small packages and 10 sacks.
However, the fugitive was identified by the police, who are now searching for him.
