3 laws, SP stance doesn’t change

Socialist MP Pandeli Majko confirmed that the SP will not change opinion about the three laws needed for the EU candidate status.

The visit of the Commissioner for Enlargement, Stefan Fule, will not change the SP opinion regarding these three laws, the approval of which is related with the Fier District issue, according to Majko.

“I believe that our positions have been expressed. There is no electoral cost in this story that was started by the majority. If the illegal head of the Fier District gives a press release and resigns, the process is immediately unblocked”, Majko declared.

Although Vangjel Dule, leader of UHRP, did not answer to the Socialist leader invitation in a meeting of opposition parties, Majko considered Dule a very good friend.

The argument that most of Dule’s politic activity has passed to the Socialist Party makes Majko believe that he will continue cooperating with the SP.
