Daniela Santache, the MP of “Forza Italia” in Italy, very close to Silvio Berlusconi, shocked everyone with her declaration.
Only one day after the big tragedy in the Mediterranean, when 700 African immigrants died, she said on SKY TG24 that Italy should start a self-defense strategy. She said that ships should be sank before they even sail, like they did with Albania.
“Better having an act of war than a lost war”, the Italian MP declared, shocking the opinion and spurring strong debates.
