19-year-old confesses horrific double murder

According to the defendant, he had been working with the victim for one year in a site where they extracted scrap metal. The 19-year-old boy was the one collecting the metal, and the man was selling it. The defendant discovered that the sales were much higher than he knew, and Enver, his first victim, wasn’t making a fair share of the profits. He says that he confronted Enver in the presence of his wife, but he had been offended by both of them. After the verbal fight, the 19-year-old went home and tried to console himself through alcohol.

In the first hours of darkness, around 19:30, the defendant had secretly taken his father’s hunting rifle, which can shoot two bullets at once. He filled his pockets with other bullets and went out holding a bottle of liquor in his other hand, heading towards the bar. There he found the couple who had asked him why he was carrying the gun. But even in those conditions, according to the defendant, the victims had offended him again. Angry by their words, he used his father’s rifle to shoot the husband, Enver Myftaraj, wounding him in the shoulder with the first shot and taking his life with a second shot in the head. The wife intervened while his gun was empty, but he hit her with the rifle and made her duck behind the bar. Then he filled the gun and shot her in the ribs. After this, the defendant closed the bar, took a cutting tool from a nearby shed and tried to open their safe deposit box. After failing to cut the safe deposit open, he sprayed the victims with liquor to burn them and get rid of evidence. At this moment he noticed that the wife was still alive, and fired a final fatal shot to her head. Then he placed the rifle in the husband’s hand, hoping to make it look a murder and suicide after a domestic fight, and set the place on fire. Then he returned home, where he told everything to his father.
