Linda Rama: Between Family, Work and Albania’s Future More than 13 days have passed and 180 Albanian tourists in Egypt have
now means to return in Albania. The Tourist Agency “Pasha Holiday” has
cut all communications with the Albanian tourists by giving them no
solution.
The tourist agency has paid for eight of 13 days of the full package. The other part was paid by the tourists and they say that now they cannot return.
Another agency will be given on Monday for them, but only if every tourist will pay 250 EUR ticket. The Albanians say that they have no financial means and that the state shows no interest about them.
“They told us that the money will be returned in the airport, but we have nothing. Only the media has shown interest for us and no one else”, declared one of them.
The much awaited holidays have turned into a hell for the 180 Albanian tourists in Sharm El Sheik.
The owner of the “Pasha Holiday” Agency, Arselina Kwrthoci, declared to the police that she had filed for bankruptcy and she could not pay for the return of the Albanian tourists in Albania. Kerthoci has denied to have defrauded the citizens.
