18 under custody for explosion

At least 18 people were taken under custody during the investigations of
the explosive that blew up at the apartment door of the Tirana Police
vice Chief, Dorian Muca.
Police sources say that the 18 people have given important details, although the name of the person who placed the explosive has not been found yet. The experts were able to identify part of this person’s face, recorded by a street camera.
Besides the physical measures, the Police were been able to discover part of the criminal’s face, although he had a mask. The only thing missing is the color of the eyes and their shape.
Police thinks that the crime is related with his duty as vice Chief of Police, and the agents are investigating all persons related with his recent cases. The Special Forces have taken the family under protection.
