He was 4 when his mother abandoned him, and he never met her again.
Marsel Qeleshi never experienced the love of a parent, but apparently,
he didn’t find love even in the two orphanages and social service
centres where he grew up during these years.

Social workers have always complained about his behaviour, even quoting cases of violence. They say he never tried to integrate, although he had his chances.

“Marsel had all the chances to integrate as everyone else. We didn’t find a family that had interest to adopt him”, says Ermelinda Spaho, a Social Service specialists.

Marsel justifies his rebellion with the frequent punishments that he considered exaggerated. Today he is 16 year old, and his dream is to become a singer. The Social workers know this desire of his and have promised to support him.

Marsel says that he will start a computer course at the Professional Formation Centre, and says that he wants to change the course of his life, despite the prejudices he has to overcome.
