13-year-old driver runs over 2 girls

The car that caused the accident was driven by a 13 year old, who had taken his grandfather’s car. His grandfather had left the keys in the car, and the 13-year-old boy has tried to drive it, but only after a few meters he ran over the 12-year-old girl who was holding her 2 year old cousin on her arms.

Both girls are in critical life threatening conditions, with the 2-year-old fighting between life and death. Police has taken the vehicle owner to the precinct, together with the young nephew.
