12 former Justice Ministry officials brought to justices for 5 mln EUR damage

12 former Justice Ministry officials were brought to justice for causing a 5 million EUR damage to the budget.

All the suspects are accused of power abuse and violating equality rules in procurement tenders.

The investigations started after a report was filed at the Financial Inspection Directory, which verified violations on the tendering procedures, which allowed companies to receive contracts.
