11 officials of the Lezha Cadastre are suspended after ignoring the decision on coastal property in “Rana e Hedhun”

11 officials of the Lezha cadastre are reported to have been suspended from their duties by the Court of Lezha, for not implementing a court decision on a property in the “Rana e Hedhun” tourist area in Shengjin.

Albana Gjinaj, Marinela Tuci, Orstela Bardhaj, Sebastjano Gjetja, Besjon Ivanaj, Ornela Marku, Eglantin Lleshaj, Dorina Sulaj, Xhentil Gjegji, Vitore Lleshi, Diljana Prenga, have been put under investigation by the Prosecutor’s Office of Lezha.

Journalist Brixhilda Deda reports that the sace is about the alienation of 234 thousand and 548 square meters of state coastal sandy land, for which earlier the former mayor of Lezha, Fran Frrokaj and several other former officials have also been sentenced to prison.

In relation to this issue, according to the prosecution, the court has decided to prohibit further practices for the property, but the cadastre has not implemented the decision of the Court of Lezha.
