Today was celebrated at The National Theater the 100th anniversary of the
birth of Migjeni, one of the best known Albanian poet and writer of
the National Cultural and Social Renaissance.
Many Albanian artists gathered in honor of Migjeni’s work and figure, who has left important marks with his unique creativity.
Migjeni’s famous poetries were recited by the masters of the Albanian scene, such as Bujar Asqeriu, Suela Konjari, Vasjan Lame and many others.
The organizers projected Migjeni’s photos that were taken from his short life. Migjeni died from tuberculosis at the age of 27.
