1.2 tons of cannabis seized in Vlore

The Vlore Border Police has seized 1.2 tons of cannabis, which was
packed in dozens of bags hidden in a mountainous terrain in Gjiri I
Grama, Karaburun Peninsula.
The Border Police Director, who was leading the operation for blocking the drug, the destination of the narctotics was international traffic.
A TT handgun was found together with a machine gun and two automatic weapons. Everything has been seized and is being brought to Vlore, with experts investigating while trying to find the authors. One of the drug users has also been arrested.
