CEC announces official election results, 716.621 votes for the majority, 49.000 invalid

The June 30th election process was concluded with the final results made official by the majority of the Central Election Commission.

The election results were contested once again by the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Klement Zguri, who said that he would vote against so that this performance wouldn’t turn into a standard for the elections in the future.

According to the Central Election Commission, there were a total of 811.727 voters, 716.621 of whom votes for the Socialist Party, while 49.000 votes were declared invalid.
