Mumajes is a village very close to Tirana, which now has only one family. The senior citizens who stay there say the electricity and water supply has been cut off.
A 85-year-old says he returns once in a while to see the house where he was raised, but he deem the village is no longer livable.
Demographic data show that this trend is there to stay even for the upcoming years.
