Budget for new roads doubles after SP takes Transportation from SMI

After three years with a very tight budget, the government turned its
focus back on road. Funds for the next year double from 130 to 280
million EUR.
The main investments will be in Vlora, Fier, and the Tirana Big Ring Road.
But roads will not be built only with budget funds. Next year there will be the construction of the Arber Road, with concession, and the Vora-Rrogozhina as well.
