The Council for the Regulation of Mandates will meet tomorrow to decide
about the Prosecution’s request to remove the immunity of MP Saimir
Tahiri.
The Parliament Speaker, Gramoz Ruci, announced that tomorrows session will be held at 11:00.
“The material filed by the Prosecution will be made available to all members of the Council of Regulation and Mandates. Secondly, it will be made available to MP Saimir Tahiri, and the meeting will be held tomorrow at the Parliament, at 11:00”, Ruci said.
The Prosecution will be present at this meeting with Prosecutors Elizabeta Imeraj, Vladimir Mara and Besim Hajdarmataj.
