The General Chief of Police, Haki Cako, warned a storm of replacements at the Elbasan Police, after the recent criminal acts.
“The police officers met some individuals during a routine control. The Police did not do their job, although the attack against them was shocking, according to the footage. This event was shocking for the image of the State Police as well”, Cako declared.
