The Prosecution of Serious Crimes asked the Parliament to remove the immunity of former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri.
The official announcement says they are actually investigating a criminal group which has trafficked large amounts of cannabis.
The Prosecution also asks the Commission of Mandates in Parliament to start an authorization for his arrest, and also for a search at his residence.
