Rama meets Macedonian PM, Zaev, at Skopje Summit

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, is attending the regional summit
“100 leaders in Business from Southeastern Europe – Interaction”, which
focuses on businesses and economic interaction between countries.

Rama was received by his counterpart, Zoran Zaev, with whom he discussed about bilateral relations and trade exchange.

Rama and Zaev agreed to ease the economic activity between both countries. They agreed to hold a joint meeting next month between the Albanian and Macedonian governments.

The summit in Macedonia will have the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dushko Markovic.

Their discussions will focus on energy, digital economy and joint initiatives in the tourism area. More than 150 business leaders from Southeastern Europe, Ministers and EU representatives were invited in this meeting.
