Albanian Defense Minister receives Kosovo counterpart, supports Armed Forces

The Kosovo Minister of Security Forces, Rustem Berisha, was the first
counterpart that the Albanian Defense Minister, Olta Xhacka, received at
her office this Tuesday.
Minister Xhacka said that the NATO alliance will help Kosovo in their efforts to turn the Security Forces into Armed Forces.
“A Balkan integrated in the NATO alliance, means not only a safer region, but also more security for the alliance itself. Therefore, I am convinced that with the help of the member countries and within the legal framework, the security forces will turned into Armed Forces”, Xhacka declared.
The Kosovo Minister declared that creating the Armed Forces will help Kosovo not be a burden to someone else for their security, but also to contribute in the region and beyond.
