Former Greek Minister founds association against Cham Albanians

While Albania and Greece have soften tones, with both Foreign Ministers
dining in New York and promising to discuss the suspended issues,
another challenge comes from Greece, with the creation of an association
against the Cham Albanians.
The association called “Descendants of Victims caused by Chams” was created, as they say, to commemorated the massacres caused by Nazi Germany and by their Cham collaborators against the Greek population from 1941 to 1944.
The association is an initiative of the former Minister of the “Samaras” government, and MP of New Democracy, Antonis Bezas. He declared in his speech that time has come for Greek politicians to wake up and not allow Albanians to claim their version of history in international forums, undermining this way relations between both countries.
