US Ambassador follows voting process in Durres

The US Ambassador to Albania, Donald Lu, followed the voting process
from Durres, while the EU Ambassador to Tirana, Romana Vlahutin,
followed it from Elbasan.
The EU Ambassador raised concerns at Polling Station 2317 about several people who were staying inside the institution, with lists on their hands.
“Are you informed that no one is allowed within the perimeter? Who are the persons with lists, standing outside?”, she asked the Commission members while photographing the people in question.
