The candidates of the Democratic Alliance and Social-Democratic Party for Elbasan have resigned and joined the Socialist Party.
The decision of Arben Hoxha, leader of the Democratic Alliance, and Taulant Sinani, leader of Social Democrats for Elbasan, was made public after a meeting held in Elbasan with its local branch leader, Taulant Balla.
Hoxha and Sinani appealed their voters to join the Socialist Party and Edi Rama.
