Haki Cako, Chief of the State Police, met with the British Minister of
State for Security, Ben Wallace, with whom he discussed cooperation
between police forces between both countries.
Wallace said that Great Britain will send experts to Albania, to support the police in the fight against criminal groups.
“The UK is determined to reinforce cooperation with the Albanian police. Great Britain will send experts to supoprt the Albanian plice in the fight against criminal groups. Information exchange in real time opn criminal groups is another positive indicator between two police agencies”, Wallace said.
Cako, on the other hand, said that the police is focused in the fight against organized crime, cultivation of drug traffic, money laundering, cybernetic crime, seizing of criminal assets and fight against terror.
