SMI leader Ilir Meta: “Political crisis blocks reforms”

The leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Ilir Meta, was
part of a training about the European integration process in Fier.
“European integration means having political communication of a European level. The current conflict is turning into a serious obstacle for the country’s integration process”, Meta said.
The SMI leader underlined the importance of establishing political dialogue as soon as possible, in order to guarantee elections of European standards.
“On June 18th, the elections should have European standards, rather than turning into another crisis, which keeps us away from the EU and damages the progress of all other reforms”, he said.
