One man was severely injured tonight after a shooting in Elbasan, a city 45 km southeast of Tirana. The shooting occurred in a bar near the city Courthouse after an armed man opened fire inside a moving car.
Local police reports the man who got shot remains heavily injured. He has been identified as Dritan Kasneci, but no further details are given for the moment.
Police authorities have begun investigating the case.
