Opposition leader, Basha: “EPP, resolution for Albania’s elections”

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, attended the Political
Assembly of the European Popular Parties in Brussels, and declared they
also discussed for the political developments in Albania.

“The Assembly voted a resolution for Albania, which appeals for free and fair elections, and which condemns purchased votes. The resolution also appeals for passing an electoral reform with consensus, implementing the decriminalization law in politics, and taking urgent measures for drug cultivation and traffic”, Basha wrote on Facebook.

He expressed his gratitude for the EPP support to Albania.
