New draft law pardons fines

Top Channel has learned that unpaid taxes before December 31st 2010 will
be completely pardoned, regardless of their type, except for social and
health insurance payments.
Even other fines and arrears belonging from January 1st 2011 to December 31st 2014, will also be pardoned with the condition that businesses and individuals pay the principal obligation in full.
As for 2015 and 2016, no taxes will be pardoned, except for a specific group of fines that were given to businesses due to problems caused by the administration.
Fines given by court verdicts as punishments will not be pardoned.
