The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, reacted on Facebook about the January 21st commemoration.
“We will never forget January 21st, when streets of our city were bloodied. It could have been each of us that day, in the place of the victims”, Veliaj said.
The Mayor of Tirana says the new reform will be able to bring justice.
“The reformed courts bring a new hope for a fair trial of January 21st. You can kick the Prime Minister’s Office’s doors and the City Hall today without fearing that bullets will be piercing your body”, Veliaj added.
