Despite the fact that there has been no snow precipitation for the past
10 days, the road that leads to the Theth village is still blocked.
Road from Boga to Qafe Thore has been unblocked during these days, however, tire chains are needed due to ice.
Nosh Nikaj, from Boga, resident of Theth, said that they have to walk for hours to cross the blocked area.
Sources from the Shkoder Emergency Headquarters confirmed for Top Channel that this axis is under the administration of the Shkoder city, and that the municipality has received a tractor that may be used to cross the blocked area.
However, despite the difficult conditions, the employees of the OSHEE, Energy Distribution Operator, are still working with the power lines.
