Investigators say that the four suspects for terrorism who were arrested
in Albania, were supposed to receive and guide other persons who had
planned to travel from Kosovo and Macedonia to realize the attack at the
Loro Borici stadium in Shkoder.
Xhezair Fishti, Bekim protopapa, Ergys Faslia and Medat Hasani were under surveillance by the Antiterror Agency and by the Secret Service. They are all held in prison, and none of them has appealed the verdict of the Courts of First Instance. Only Medat Hasani appealed at the Appeals Court for Serious Crimes, saying there are no evidence against him.
Although he says he’s just a religious devotee, authorities say he is one of the 30 Albanians who returned from Syria during 2013-2014.
