US Ambassador: “Both Rama and Berisha governments faced drug traffic issues”

The US Ambassador, Donald Lu, declared that political segments have ties with the drug traffic.
“We know there are MPs and Mayors tied with the drug traffic. Both governments have had such problems”, Lu said.
The US Ambassador gave these declarations during a meeting with the students of Journalism.
“The USA have always encouraged Albanai in the fight against drug traffic. However, as international community, we need to do more for this problem”, Lu said.
The US Ambassador valued the support given by the Guardia di Finanza for eliminating cannabis.
