Police arrests victim’s friend for obstructing justice

Two days after the murder of a 36-year old, Elton Cica, police say they
have arrested the friend that was sitting with him at the cafe, Redjan
Rraja, 31, from Kruja.
Rraja is accused of obstructing justice after not giving information about the course of events.
Rraja and two other citizens (A.T and S.K) were together with Elton Cica when another person came close and shot him dead at the “De Niro” cafe in Tirana. Cica died on his way to hospital.
The investigations are undergoing for finding the author of this murder.
