Minister writes to Corriere and Daily Mirror: “Another brick on the wall of mistrust”

After “Corriere TV” in Italy and “Daily Mirror” in Britain posted news
about Albania, the Interior Minister sent a letter to the editors of
both outlets.
I am convinced that not only Albanians felt bad because of the untrue opinions that were posted, but every Italian or other world citizen who has had the chance to know this country.
Tahiri said the news about ISIS schools in Albania or more than 1000 recruits ready to fight are made up, just another brick in the wall of mistrust.
He added that Albania has a population of Muslim majority, but using this statistic to imagine terror threats in our country is real blindness.
“Albanians take pride in the priceless values of tolerance and religious co-existence, a unique example that has inflicted in every citizen the will to not accept the fear of terror, but the courage to build cooperation with every free society that wins the fight against terror with values of trust and then weapons”, Minister Tahiri wrote.
