After the New Year holidays, all public administration employees with the “Civilian Employee” status will undergo a test.
The Director of the Public Administration, Albana Kociu, says for Top Channel that the test aims to update knowledge and see if they deserve their posts.
But what method will be used by the testing commission?
“There will be a written and oral test. The list of employees undergoing these evaluations will be drafted by the Directory of Public Administration. Everyone who has applied for the public administration have been updated for this ”, Kociu explains.
