This summer is expected to be very hot, all over the country. In the
days to come, the temperature will reach 40 degrees Celsius.
According to the meteorologists of the Military Forces, the temperatures will increase with at least 4 to 5 degrees Celsius all over the country. In these hot days it is recommended to avoid movements during the peak hours and to consume light food and fruits. Doctors say that everyone should drink at least 2 liters of water each day for avoiding dehydration and must avoid alcoholic drinks and physical activities during the hottest hours of the day.
It is also important to wear light clothes with bright colors, glasses and hats.
