The German rulin coalition, CDU/CSU, is still undecided regarding the EU accession negotiations for Albania.
While the decision is expected to be taken very soon, the German Social Democratic MP, Nazahat Baradari, declared for Deutsche Welle that she is in favor of opening the negotiations with Albania and Northern Macedonia.
