The EU Ambassador to Tirana, Romana Vlahutin, said that Albanians have reason to feel happy today.
This declaration comes before the EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, Federica Mogherini, and the EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, introduce their report for opening the accession negotiations with Albania.
“The efforts of the Albanian people to integrate deserve to be recognized”, Vlahutin said, announcing that Mogherini will be in Tirana to start official meetings this Wednesday.
