Veliaj: “The new ‘Kosova’ School will be open for this academic year”

The Tirana Artificial Lake has turned into a summer camp for many children who attend several activities which include practicing sport and educational learning.
The summer camp was created by the Municipality of Tirana, Mobike Albania, Telekom Albania and the “Lenda” Association. It is frequented mostly by children coming from social shelters, families treated by social assistance, and from the Roma or Egyptian community.
The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, met with the children and gave them the good news that the “Kosova” school will be inaugurated this September, ready to be used by children in the surrounding area.
Veliaj underlined that they have opened 62 gyms in Tirana, allowing children to frequent them even after school hours.
