Veliaj: “Concrete cooperation projects with Ireland”

Tirana will cooperate with Ireland regarding several important projects.

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion veliaj, met with the Irish Minister of State of European Affairs, Helen McEntee. Besides expressing his gratitude for Ireland’s support to Albania’s European process, Veliaj also planted a tree at the Europe

“I am looking forward to see this cooperation grow the same way as this tree, and become a bridge between our countries. Ireland has been a great supporter of our EU ambition”, Veliaj said.

The Irish Minister of State for European Affairs said that she was ready to offer support, and that they hope to find new cooperation bridges and cooperation projects.
