University professors discuss strike, opposed by Dean

The Tirana University faculties had their assemblies meet this Monday to discuss a possible strike.
This was supported by the Union of Professors, and while it was being discussed inside the meeting, Dean Edmond Rapti spoke for the media outlets outside.
He opposed the decision of professors for the strike, while the students who keep boycotting lessons accused him of supporting the government.
The professors want to double the budget for higher education and doubled salaries for professors.
